Job Summary:
The Front Desk position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our flight school. Team members are responsible for a range of tasks, from answering customer inquiries and re-scheduling flights to billing reservations and maintaining a welcoming lobby environment. We are looking for individuals who are professional, customer-focused, and detail-oriented to join our team.
Reports to: Director of Student Support
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service.
- Re-scheduling flights as needed due to maintenance or adverse weather conditions.
- Greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
- Efficiently checking in and out flights.
- Billing flight reservations accurately and promptly.
- Maintaining a clean and organized lobby area.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using relevant software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
- Mobility to move throughout the lobby area and assist customers.
- Manual dexterity for operating computer systems and handling paperwork.
