In my role of Strategic Global Sourcing, my primary objective is to optimize the procurement process by identifying and engaging with suppliers worldwide. This involves assessing suppliers’ capabilities, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Additionally, my team works to enhance supply chain efficiency, minimizing risks and disruptions while maximizing value for the organization’s global operations.
