Elisa Basnight is the Founder & CEO of WIN–NextGen™, a national nonprofit and WorkTech platform dedicated to helping young people ages 13–24 reflect, explore, and experience career pathways across STEM, Supply Chain, and Skilled Trades—the “3S Workforce™” and employers cultivating workforce pipelines for the future of work.  A distinguished thought leader and former P&L executive in Supply Chain, Healthcare, and Workforce Innovation, Elisa brings together decades of experience across Fortune 50 companies, law, the federal government, military, and mission-driven organizations where she’s led at the intersection of strategy, systems, and service.

Elisa’s commitment to excellence is reflected in her public service activities and education—she is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Rutgers Law School, Harvard Kennedy School, Boston University – Brussels, and a two-time U.S. Presidential appointee. 

Elisa also serves as a corporate director in the healthcare and supply chain sectors. She’s laser-focused on innovation, technology tools, mentorship ecosystems, and employer co-creation models to build resilient, skilled, and future-ready pipelines for the modern workforce. Elisa speaks with authenticity, urgency, and hope—igniting the imagination of young people while offering real solutions to companies looking to hire better and lead smarter with the next generations.
